Timothy is the Worship Director and Team Coordinator for Clubhouse Ministries. He assists in leading US mission teams while they are serving in Guatemala during the summer. He also facilitates and leads worship for the teams each evening of the summer. Over the years of serving abroad, he has found that the deepest and most sincere worship is born after serving and loving people as Jesus did. While not facilitating teams in Guatemala, Timothy and his wife travel to churches and conferences in the US to play music and lead in corporate times of worship.
Timothy is also a music instructor and spends his spare time teaching students how to play the guitar. From beginners to advanced players, he teaches students how to better the craft of musicianship through skillful guitar techniques which fosters a love for the instrument and inspires a deeper appreciation of music.
Music has always been a big part of Timothy's life. It was his dad who inspired him to play guitar before he was even big enough to hold one and his grandpa had him on the drums before he could reach the pedals. Some of his love for music comes from living in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee where the deep roots of Bluegrass has influenced his love of guitars and acoustic instruments. Over the years, that inspiration has transformed into a passion for creating excellent music for the encouragement of people and the glory of God. Music is such a beautiful means of expression and communication that Timothy believes God has designed for us to use for His enjoyment and our pleasure. The Lord has created a special desire in Timothy's heart for worship leadership and he continues to fulfill that desire as he travels and leads worship all over the world.
Timothy graduated from Bryan College in 2010 with a Bachelors degree in Music and from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2012 with a Master’s in Music. He is an avid music producer and recording artist whose works can be found on SoundCloud, youtube, and Loopcommunity.com.
