In conjunction with his production company Sorted Noise, Thad Beaty has writing, performing and production credits on records surpassing 7 million in sales, including credits on Grammy nominated records as well as individually nominated songs. Born outside of Jackson Mississippi, Thad relocated to Nashville where he continues to pursue his career as a writer, performer and producer. Thad has multiple Billboard charting writing credits; highlights include cuts for Little Big Town’s platinum selling “The Road to Here,” a four month Top Ten for Kimberly Locke, and “Here with Me” - a #1 on the CHR chart for Plumb which spawned a remix that became Europe’s Dance Anthem of the Year.

Thad currently tours as guitarist with multi-platinum Mercury Recording Artist Sugarland. His extensive touring credits include guitars/vocals with Plumb, Avalon, Little BIg Town, Jimmy Wayne, and Chely Wright. Tour highlights include performing with Beyonce’ Knowles on the American Music Awards, appearances on dozens of additional award shows, and several appearances on the Tonight Show with Jay leno. Sugarland continues to perform in packed stadiums and arenas across the country.

Writing and performing lead down the path of production so Thad and longtime friend Jason Collum created the production company Sorted Noise.Sorted Noise Music Network is a web of interconnected industry professionals, built around the Production and Publishing team of these two producers/writers/and multi-instrumentalists. This network includes Artists, Musicians, A&R, Managers, Publishers, Lawyers, Photographers, Publicists, Marketers, and Music Supervisors. Under the direction of Jason and Thad, this collection of people touch every facet of the music industry. Their team has produced and/or written numerous songs for film, TV, and radio, and recorded dozens of albums crossing genres from pop, rock, and christian, to country.
