Aaron makes music with the intention of prioritizing the listener. He composes with arrangement, texture, and counterpoint in mind, all through a desire to approach music as sensory art. Aaron revels in the space between the notes while simultaneously celebrating the power of expansive sound. As a charismatic performing musician working with several projects, he’s able to play many different instruments in a large variety of styles, which compliments his extensive work in the recording environment. Under his solo moniker, A. Guest, he writes and records all of the lyrics and instrumentation, fashioning a dreamy folk-rock soundscape. His Breedlove 12-strings are at the heart of many of his works.
