John Tracy, a Breedlove artist and active philanthropist, left his work in the corporate world after 25 years to pursue life as a performing songwriter. John is determined to inspire music lovers of all ages, young or old. He is walking proof that it is never too late or too difficult to pursue your creative passion. John pulls from his influences in folk, blue and acoustic rock while adding a modern twist. He mixes these elements to create a relevant and relatable sound, making real music living the real life.
We were able to catch up with John to learn about his new music video “Happy Ever After”, which will be included in national retail campaign and will be playing in big box retailers such as; Sam’s, Wal-Mart, Costco, as well as family friendly restaurants this fall/winter. The video was directed and produced by Sam Kampf of Hoopla Media LLC, the video follows John’s original song “Happy Ever After”. The touching video lyrically describes the story of a couple that has been married for 65 years whose love survived “through the tears and laughter”. In a time where so many marriages fail, breaking hearts, shattering lives, John’s hope is that this video will encourage and inspire healthier relationships- building lasting legacies.
