European Spruce - Myrtlewood
Artista Pro Series Dreadnought Concerto Burnt Amber CE
The sound you have always dreamt of owning in a guitar you can actually afford. The classic dreadnought combines spruce over rosewood, a pairing famed for deep bass, scooped mids, and bright trebles. The Artista Pro Concerto bends tradition into an even more distinctive large format guitar, one that prioritizes comfort without sacrificing sound or projection. Its all-solid Oregon myrtlewood back and sides boast that familiar rosewood thrum—as well as its blossom of overtones—tempered by a warmer middle and airy, strong trebles that balance every chord. A European spruce top drives and focuses that power and projection. This is a showpiece guitar you can take on the road. Decorated with our unique burnt amber burst finish that climbs from the soundboard up the back of the neck, flush with all Artista appointments—brass inlays, Fishman Flex Plus-T electronics, and a travel-ready hardcase—this guitar stands atop the apex of the Organic Pro Collection.

Sustainable & Clear Cut Free
Made from sustainably-sourced exotic and native tonewoods. No clear-cut trees are used in these instruments. Breedlove uses salvaged and individually harvested timber and has deep relationships with responsible suppliers around the globe. As we move towards sustainability across all lines, owner Tom Bedell has visited 15 countries to discover exactly where the wood comes from, how it is selected and harvested, and how this affects the wildlife, the community, the forest and the planet.
Real Solid Tonewoods for Superior Sound
No Richlite or resin impregnated softwoods, no glue-heavy plywoods: just solid real tonewoods for real tone.
Fishman Electronics
Side-mounted Fishman Flex Plus-T electronics with volume, treble, bass, and phase controls, plus on onboard tuner.
European Spruce Tops
As a guitar top, European spruce is powerful like Adirondack, clear like Sitka, and complex and responsive like Engelmann, all of which are employed in various Breedlove guitar lines. With the Organic Pro Collection years in the making, Breedlove owner Tom Bedell literally climbed a mountain to be positive that the exotic FSC-certified tonewoods used in the assortment are harvested in responsible ways that respect the earth, while providing for superior tone that will last a lifetime. High in the windblown Swiss Alps, Bedell watched as European spruce trees were individually selected—each yielding many dozens of top sets—with an eye towards keeping the old growth stands robust for decades to come.
Sustainable Myrtlewood Back & Sides
Popularized by Breedlove, myrtlewood, from the windblown Oregon coast, combines the best elements of rosewood, mahogany and maple—rich bass, warm midrange and clear, bright trebles—for truly versatile guitars. Each sonically distinct instrument is individualized by the gnarled, wildly varied, but always arresting grain patterns.
Concerto Body Shape
Introducing the new Breedlove Concerto, a new guitar shape created to elicit more volume than a classic dreadnought, and more lush, complex tonal resonance in a comfortable body shape that feels just right. Loud, textured, and supremely satisfying.
Cascade Bracing for Custom Shop Sound
Conceived in the shadow of the Cascade Mountain Range, Breedlove’s Cascade Bracing delivers pinnacle acoustic soundand American ingenuity in guitars for everyone.
Every USA made Breedlove guitar gets hand-voiced by one of our builders in Bend, Oregon. These craftspeople achieve sonic perfection by meticulously shaping each instrument’s internal bracing. But, we’re not just artists and artisans, we’re guitar geeks. We keep meticulous records—every refinement, every change, every delicate curl of wood off the chisel gets logged in our database.
We used all that combined knowledge and experience to answer a simple question: “How can we make our accessible, production guitars sound even closer to the showpieces from our Custom Shop?” The answer? Cascade Bracing.
