Juan Ordonez (Juan Pablo Ordoñez) is a professional Argentinian guitarist, music teacher, youtuber and sound engineer. Juan has been teaching guitar and music lessons for the last 18 years and also working as a sessionist musician, touring with some of the best-known artist/bands in Latin America like: Alberto Plaza (www.albertoplaza.com), Adrian Barilari (www.ratablanca.net), David Bolzoni (www.davidbolzoni.com), Karlos Rose, Kiki Troia (keyboardist of the well-know singer Martin Valverde) and Daniel Poli among others. Because of that he had the possibility of touring around Australia, Spain, and all Latin America.
As studio session musician Juan has recorded with some of the best session musician/producer of Latin America like: Jota Morelli, Guillermo Vadalá, Oscar “Chino” Asencio, Latin Grammy award winning producer Juan Blas Caballero, Claudio Ledda, Pablo Motyczak, “Bolsa” Gonzalez, Diego Germán Belli, Fernando Scarcella, Daniel Ianniruberto, Claudio Herrera and Alejandro Weiner among others…
Juan has been endorser of the brand NUX for the last three years, having the opportunity of playing live at NAMM Show in Los Angeles/California during 2019 and 2020.
He also worked as a teacher at AIM (Australian Institute of Music) in Sydney – Australia where he lived sometime.
In his academic formation he studied at Berklee International Network college of music in Buenos Aires where he graduated with the title of Professional Guitarist. Later on he studied in the Buenos Aires School of Music [EMBA], obtaining the degrees Sound and Recording Technician and Professional (Music) Producer.
Nowadays, as a YouTuber Juan has videos with more than a million views and he has his own channel for tutorials and covers that attracts students from all over the world through Skype lessons. Besides he travels around the country doing guitar workshops and he works at ESMN (Escuela Superior de Música de Neuquén).
