Agyei Marshall is a multi-instrumentalist and producer living in the Pacific Northwest.
As a musician his entire life, his talent spans many genres. He has made his name known supporting artists such as Hip Hop pioneer SlimKid3 (The Pharcyde/The Far Side), Farnell Newton and The Othership Connection, and acclaimed ukulele phenom Brittni Paiva. He has graced the stage as opening for acts such as Roy Ayers, Lupe Fiasco, FLOATER, George Clinton, 311, DAZZ, and Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe.
When not onstage, he can be found teaching, engineering, and producing. Some of his works include ‘Summer Nitezzz’ by ToX!c, ‘Liberation’ EP by Adebisi, and Jessica Manalo’s ‘Magic’ EP. Two songs of which, ‘Magic’ and ‘Silence’, were featured on Barack Obama’s 2021 Summer Playlist.
Not just limited to music, Agyei has also made his presence in the Portland, Oregon music scene known as head moderator and one-half of the founding team behind Portland Musician Community 2.0. An ever-growing online hub for local musicians that focuses heavily on building community and fostering interpersonal connections.
