Chris and his wife Megan are worship leaders, songwriters and recording artist. They have a passion to live a life of worship and express it through music. Chris has been writing and singing worship songs since age 15. He started sharing music in youth ministries, then led worship for churches, both in the US and Costa Rica. They are both graduates of Convergence School of Ministry where they met and fell in love and were later the Worship and Outreach Pastors. They have taken his music to over 30 different countries including the Brazilian slums, Costa Rican safe houses, Thai human trafficking centers, the poor living in landfills, orphanages, and to the homelands of indigenous tribes.

Chris is the lead singer for worship group Glorious Encounter. The worship group was created out of the desire to release the presence and creativity of God through discipleship and music.

The project began with Devon Glenn, former songwriter and drummer for Grammy-nominated, platinum-selling hard rock band, Buckcherry. At the height of his music career, Devon left the industry when he realized that the message in his music was not what he wanted his life to represent. After his radical salvation in 2014, Devon’s passion for music was renewed and the team has grown into an amazing group of musicians and worshipers.

Glorious Encounter released their debut album, Your Presence, in 2018 and the group was voted Christian Artist of the Year for their song Anchor of My Soul. The album carries a declaration of power and intimacy that you cannot help but worship along with.

Chris and his wife Megan now reside in Placerville, California and are currently leading worship and playing at churches, events, and venues around the US and internationally. They also continue with their passion for outreach and missions by leading teams locally and abroad.

“I fell in love with Breedlove guitars from the first time I picked one up. After shopping around for a long time and playing everything I could get my hands on, I finally purchased a Breedlove Focus D and fell in love with the tone. I have traveled with my Focus a lot, including South America, Asia and I lived in Costa Rica for 5 years. When everyone else’s guitars were bowing and falling apart from the humidity, my guitar held up fine! “
