Ofer Amichai is a well traveled guitarist and singer-songwriter, active in various forms since 2010.
Inspired by the great troubadours and roadside poets of the 20th century; he skillfully paints a sharp, raw, not necessarily flattering portrait of the human experience and humanity itself.
With powerful lyrics, folky melodies and soulful guitar playing, Amichai’s songs aim to inspire listeners’ minds and ease their hearts.
Since breaking up folk-rock group Twin Tree Grove, with whom he released 5 singles, Ofer has released his debut solo album French Kisses, Irish Goodbyes in late 2022 and the single As Long As It Rhymes in early 2024.
His second solo album, Like Folksingers Do, is due to be released in mid 2025.
