Trey Friddle is an 18-year-old Phoenix native whose passion for music began not long after he started walking! He pursued marching band early in his high school career after learning a love for music and strong technique from his dad in his youth. He started his career as a Junior in high school as the drummer for a heavy metal band dubbed Who Cares, and he and his bandmates recorded a 3 song EP at Steampunk Audio Labs in Phoenix.

The band decided to part ways but still managed to make it to the finals in 98 KUPD’s Playdio competition, held by the largest radio station in the valley. Although Trey has a strong love for the genre, he found his home playing Country music. He began doing Open Mic nights winter of 2021, and on the final day of his Senior year May of 2022, he completed his last final exam, and by that evening he was performing at his first music festival Country at the Creek in Mayer, AZ with the likes of Matt Farris, Julie Roberts, and James Otto.

He has continued to perform around the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, including venues such as The Stillery, rodeo venues such as Roadrunner Restaurant and Saloon in New River, and Hitching Post Saloon in Apache Junction. His current band lineup is a family affair, including his dad and cousin. He is returning to Steampunk Audio labs this Fall/Winter to record his debut album! His love for both rock n’ roll and country music heavily influenced his new material, and he can’t wait to share it!
