Zach Comer

Zach Comer is a singer-songwriter out of Fort Wayne, IN. He was born and raised in Rush County, IN and that is where he fell in love with music at the ripe age of 7 years old. He started off as a drummer banging on his mom’s pots and pans, but with the help from his Aunt Jane and Uncle Joe gifting him a blue pawn shop drum kit for his 8th birthday Zach was swept away into the wild world of music. Years later Zach would begin to venture into guitar as a means of trying something new and as you figured out the rest is history. He received his first acoustic guitar which is a Breedlove Atlas series for Christmas at the age of 14 and he haven’t put it down since. To this day Zach writes, records, and performs the same Breedlove guitar he received and almost 16 years later and it sounds just as good as it did the day he first strummed it. He played in a band throughout high school and college and recorded 2 EP’s in that time. In 2013 the band moved their separate ways and the only thing that helped Zach cope was the sweet sound of his Breedlove guitar. Fast forward to 2019. Zach started to follow his passion again writing and performing music. He went into the studio and recorded his first solo album at Berry St. Records. He is now performing locally and is in the works on his follow up record which he hopes will be done this fall.
