Breedlove Sponsors the 2019 Sisters Folk Festival

Breedlove is proud to support the 2019 Sisters Folk Festival, taking place in Sisters, Oregon September 7 – 9. The Breedlove team will be in attendane with a booth space – so if you are in the neighborhood please stop by and hang out with us! We'll have plenty of guitars on hand. Also, we are excited to have Breedlove endorsed artist Erin Cole-Baker in attendance and preforming at the festival.

About Erin Cole-Baker

Erin Cole-Baker was born in the USA and raised in the beach filled rural Northland of New Zealand.  Erin has been drawn to music for as long as she can remember, lured into the world of sound by warm tones, resonance of strings, harmonies and the call of the place that only music can take us. Her songs pull the listener in to want more, compelled by her gorgeous silvery voice, depth of raw emotion and extraordinary sense of melody. View artist profile.

About Sisters Folk Festival

The Sisters Folk Festival is an annual three-day roots music festival, established in 1995 by Jim Cornelius and Dick Sandvik and is hosted in Sisters at ten venues throughout the city, including a 900-seat venue at the Village Green Park in downtown Sisters, and 900 seats at Sisters Art Works. In addition to the festival, the organization runs a number of programs in the community:

The Americana Song Academy is a creative camp with many Sisters Folk Festival Artists arriving early to teach all aspects of music, songwriting, performance and singing.

The Americana Project is a music and arts education program with broad community outreach. It is a collaboration between Sisters Folk Festival, Creative Educational Resources, and the Sisters School District.

My Own Two Hands (MOTH) is a regional celebration of the arts. Each year a theme is selected to inspire artists to create and donate a piece of art to be sold at the benefit auction in support of youth programming.

The Song Academy for Youth brings high school students together in a non-competitive format to cultivate musicianship, songwriting and creativity.

The Winter Concert Series shows are presented from January through March in the Sisters High School auditorium.
