With over twenty-five years of experience in music and craftsmanship, Erik has dedicated his career to the art of guitar making. His journey began with a deep passion for music, leading him to pivotal roles at Breedlove and Bedell guitars. There, he honed his skills alongside talented craftsmen, ultimately shaping his approach to production.
Erik thrives on the diversity of his role, finding fulfillment in overseeing all aspects of production and collaborating with his talented colleagues. He takes great pride in his contributions to projects like the Companion body shape and the Myrzilian guitar line, as well as exciting R&D initiatives currently underway.
Always eager to grow, Erik is currently focused on enhancing his project management skills and exploring software that streamlines processes—tools he believes will benefit the entire team.
Outside of work, Erik is passionate about the outdoors and environmental stewardship. He enjoys exploring new places, engaging in local events, and spending quality time with friends and coworkers, all of which recharge his spirit and inspire his work.
