Distinctive Elements

There is nothing quite like a Breedlove guitar. In addition to trademark superior sound, comfort and playability, there a number of distinctive elements—from the four unique body shapes and pinless Delta bridges to the innovative use of myrtlewood—that will make you fall in love at first strum. All Made in Bend Breedlove instruments are influenced by Sound Optimization research; and all come in striking finishes—such as Natural Shadow, Prairie Burst, Bourbon and Copper. Electronics, too, are furnished with most models, ranging from the LR Baggs Anthem TRU-Mic system used in Legacy editions and the Baggs EAS VTC employed across much of the line to Breedlove’s own Natural Sound Electronics in the Organic Collection and Fishman pickups (with built-in tuners) available in the Designed in Bend Discovery Series. Modern soft cutaways are a key feature of many instruments, allowing full access to every fret and every expression of your soul. Visually, guitars are often defined by their headstocks. Friends and fans alike will know you are a proud Breedlove player when they catch the Wave on your Companion or Concerto, or the unmistakable Asymmetrical flair of your Concert or Companion.
